“Joel does a really incredible job as the moderator of the meeting. We get an incredible amount of back and forth of “I do it this way or this is how I do it or I don’t do it at all” and Joel somehow always prevents it from turning into something where the audience is uncomfortable or the got attacked. It creates this ethos of the meeting where people are really willing to put their opinions out there and telling their honest opinions.”
